Miriam begins her new RA job this Monday with the VA Hospital in Salt Lake. She is working under Dr. Steven Allen, head of the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) clinical team on a research project, although most of her work will be from the University Psych lab with her supervisor, Camila Rodrigues, who is in charge of her section of the project. They will be working directly with National Guard veterans at the Armory as well as at the VA Hospital and the University. Some of the work will be done from home, which will help with the long commute! Miriam will be making diddly-squat for money, but will be gaining face-to-face clinical experience toward her (hopefully) future Ph.D.

Miriam's new job
