Dave, Adara and Miriam walked a 10k through the streets of Salt Lake City to help raise money for education and the prevention of the spread of AIDS. The walk was called "Walk for Life" and was sponsored by the Utah AIDS Foundation. AIDS affects so many children, women and men in the world and is such a debilitating killer. Anything we can do to stop it's spread is a good thing!

The day was absolutely gorgeous. Sunny and cool. We had a wonderful time and met some beautiful, fabulous people. The walk ended at a street fair where we were given long stem roses. Dave obtained a new tree for our yard, and we almost walked out of there with a retired greyhound racing dog. (Or at least I wanted to). Zero would have been furious if we had.
